Heritage Days 2025 - VENDOR BOOTH APPLICATION

VENDOR BOOTH APPLICATION ONLY
This application is for vendors (food or nonfood) in the vendor booths (10ftx10ft booths on the grass) ONLY.
If you are a food truck, you will need to fill out the VENDOR FOOD TRUCK APPLICATION instead.

Ivins City Heritage Days will be a week of activities from Sept6-Sept13 ending with a full day of activities, including vendor booths, on Saturday September 13th. Vendor booths will be open from 9am-8pm.

All applications will be reviewed. Registering does not guarantee approval. Only one of each type of vendor will be approved.

You will receive an email within one week of submitting your application telling you whether your vendor application was approved or not. Additional information regarding set up and break down will be available closer to the event.

DO NOT PAY NOW AT CHECKOUT. There is no fee to apply. You will be sent an email with an invoice to pay the vendor booth fee online if your vendor booth application is approved. The vendor booth fee is $25, regardless of residency/type of booth.

Additional Requirements for Food Vendors:
Southwest Utah Public Health Permit
Food Handlers Permit
Insurance listing Ivins City as an additional insured party
