ONLY for vendors who will be selling food out of a vehicle, truck, trailer etc.
If you are a food vendor planning on using a vendor BOOTH space (10x10) on the grass, you will need to fill out the VENDOR BOOTH APPLICATION instead.
Ivins City Heritage Days will be a week of activities from Sept 6-Sept13 ending with a full day of activities, including vendor food trucks, on Saturday September 13th. Vendors will be open from 9am-8pm.
All applications will be reviewed. Registering does not guarantee approval. Only one of each type of vendor will be approved.
You will receive an email within one week of submitting your application telling you whether your vendor application was approved or not. Additional information regarding set up and break down will be available closer to the event.
DO NOT PAY NOW AT CHECKOUT. There is no fee to apply. You will be sent an email with an invoice to pay the vendor booth fee online if your vendor booth application is approved. The vendor food truck fee is $25, regardless of residency/type of food truck.

Food Handlers Permit
Insurance listing Ivins City as an additional insured party
