Note:

Allow at least 1 full business day to confirm reservation requests (which includes having the lights scheduled).

Fields without approved reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you have a balance due, no new reservation requests will be approved until the balance is paid.


1. Fees: All fees are due before the reservation date for the reservation to become official. The fee for the field, equipment and staff use is:

Ivins City Residents
• $20/hour
• Lights included – Lights can only be on until 10:00 p.m.
• No field preparation
• Field preparation fees are extra if provided by Ivins Parks Staff

Non-Ivins City Residents
• $25/hour
• Lights included – Lights can only be on until 10:00 p.m.
• No field preparation
• Field preparation fees are extra if provided by Ivins Parks Staff

Use of City equipment and staff
• Field Preparation - $80 per field (for each time we prepare the field)
• Portable Fence - $50.00 per field (for each time we put the fence up)
• Portable pitching mound - $50.00 each (for each time we set the mound up)
• Soccer Goals - $50.00 per field (for each time we set the goals up)
• Staff on site - $40.00 per hour weekday/$60.00 per hour Saturday/holidays

2. Days and Hours of Use: The Park Facilities are available Monday through Saturday during regular park hours (7am-10pm) when the fields and diamonds are not in use by the Ivins City Recreation Programs. All reservations and times must be approved by the Ivins City Parks and Recreation Department.

3. Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be offered if a reservation is cancelled at least 5 days prior to the event.

4. Clean – Up: The user is responsible for restoring the fields back to pre-use condition, assuring that all garbage, etc. is cleaned up and placed in the proper receptacles. The user accepts responsibility for any damage during the time of their use.

5. Pets: There are NO dogs allowed on the diamonds or playing fields and all dogs brought to the park must be always on a leash and under the control of the owner.

6. Food/Drinks: If food and/or drinks are served, it is the user’s responsibility to clean up and assure that no evidence of these items are left behind.

7. Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited in the Park.

8. Smoking: Smoking or any tobacco products are not permitted anywhere in the Park.

9. Legal: No fees, sales, subscriptions, solicitations or donations, etc. are permitted unless the user has applied for a “Special Event Permit.” The user agrees to abide by all Federal, State, County and local laws and will not permit anything to be done on said premises in violation thereof. The user also agrees to indemnify and hold Ivins City harmless from and against any and all claims including any claimed litigation expenses, court costs, or attorney fees arising out of users said use of these premises and to indemnify and hold harmless from and against any judgment based on such claims. Violation of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement may result in immediate termination of this agreement without notice or refund. Ivins City may pursue all its rights and resolutions at law or inequity including, without limitation, the right to recover court costs and attorney fees.

10. Insurance: When required, proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, naming Ivins City as additional insured

11. Reservations: Facility reservations can only be made up to four months in advance.

12. Inflatables: Bounces houses, inflatables and slip’n’slides are NOT allowed in Ivins City Parks.
