Make sure all trash is picked up and placed in the proper garbage bins.

If using the grills (or firepit) at the pavilions, do not leave charcoal burning. Extinguish and remove properly.

Do not walk, dance, skateboard, etc. on the tables or benches.

All pets must be on a leash and under the control of their owner at all times. Make sure to clean up after pets.

Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the park premises.

Having entertainment from an outside company at pavilion reservation requires getting the company information and insurance coverage to Ivins City. Ivins City should be named as an additional insured party. If the company does not have insurance, the person making the reservation will be required to put Ivins City on their Homeowners Insurance. Possible deposit required.

No fees, sales, subscriptions, solicitations etc. are allowed unless you have an approved Special Event Permit. Contact the Public Safety Dept for Special Event Permits.

Bounce houses, inflatables, slip’n’slides are NOT allowed in Ivins City Parks.
